Network Marketing has been around for a long time and in my opinion is one of the fastest and easiest way to promote a product, and yet still it is terribly mis-understood by folks that aren't even involved in the business. <br />
<br />
Unfortunately many people miss out on getting involved in this great business because they are led to believe that network marketing is nothing but a pyramid scheme, and it's a shame because they have been mis-informed. A pyramid scheme it when there is no product involved just money. People that work for a large company in any country can tell you that their company is shaped like a pyramid with the owners on top, that doesn't make it a pyramid scheme does it? <br />
<br />
Network marketing can become a very profitable business if done right. Network marketing, also known as multi-level marketing (MLM) is a marketing strategy where a sales force is compensated not only for sales they personally generate, but also for the sales of others they recruit, creating a downline of distributors.<br />
<br />
When you first start out it easier to start with asking your warm market meaning your friends and family but a word of caustion, most wont be interested so don't be pushy, if you get them saying that they are not interested or their not sure, wait a few days or maybe a few weeks and only ask again the one ones who you think would be a good asset to your team, remember forcing someone to do something that they aren't interest in isn't going to do you any good because they will sign up and do nothing with the business and you would be wasting your time with them.<br />
<br />
You have to always keep in mind that this is a business and it's about building a team and if your team has no interest in your business then what good would they be to you.<br />
<br />
This happens much to often and not only is your friend or family member wasting their time and money, they are also slowing down your business and that you don't need.<br />
<br />
You should now have a better perspective on what is network marketing.<br />
