Such action by the employees cannot be easily condoned since it can affect the reputation of the organization as a whole. Therefore, such issues have to be resolved.<br />

In some cases, customers may wish to raise a certain issue about general business or poor service to the responsible company using a phone. However, the reception they can get from the customer care agent who answers the phone may be so bad such that they feel shortchanged. This bad attitude can be classified as harassment which needs to be addressed.<br />

Failure to do so may negatively impact on the reputation of the company which can result in the customers shunning it. A holistic approach has to be taken in order to resolve such kind of issues.<br />
