The secret is to know how to treat your body the right way; that way you can go on to have a productive workout, get the body you desire and feel better in general.<br />

Rest when you need to rest. This is extremely important, because if you fail to do this, you are likely to injure yourself and delay those muscles even more. You also have to make sure to sleep enough at night so your body can repair and restore itself.<br />

Everyone's body does not work the same way, so there may be some things people suggest and they do not work for you. Having a dependable training partner is very important when building muscle. This partner can help spot you so that you can pump out those few extra reps that you could not do on your own. It can also help if your training partner is stronger than you because this can push you to work even harder.<br />

Make sure you increase the amount of calories you're eating each day. This needs to still all be part of a balanced diet, and you need to concentrate on eating plenty of proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables and lots of fluids, especially water. Your proteins should be split up into a variety of foods, and a great idea for your meat is fish. There are so many different fish to choose from, and they are a great source of protein.<br />

In time you can build muscles that you never imagined before. With enough effort you can shape your body to look good and feel good. Take a look in the mirror now and take a picture, then take a picture a month from now. You should notice a big difference in how your body looks with enough effort, this should motivate you to workout for life.<br />
