The second rule of long term weight loss success is to make sure that you are always consistent in the actions that you take. There is no point in eating well for 3 days per week and then junking out on rubbish the next 4. I am telling you right now my friend that you are on the path to failure if you are lacking consistency.<br />

It is imperative that you focus as much and as hard as you possibly can. Focus is only going to happen when you know exactly where it is that you are going. You need to start planning out the path you want to take in order to lose weight. Trust me this is the only way that is going to ensure that you keep on taking the actions that give you results.<br />

The best results are going to be achieved when you eat smaller meals regularly throughout the day. Make sure that your meals are all healthy and nutritious and process food free! Remember consistent effort with your diet is the key to losing weight.<br />

I am giving you the permission to start eating all the bad processed junk foods you can once a week. If you want to see long term results the best way to see them will be to just eat all the junk you can one day a week. Don't be afraid if you just keep on taking action you will get results like never before.<br />
