You need to make it clear and plain what you want the organization to fix or resolve for you. Consider setting a realistic deadline for the organization should they fail to provide one. This is the time by which you will need the matter resolved.<br />

Get the necessary documentation that substantiates your claims and provide the independent technical reports with the copies of the documents together with the written letter. Keep in mind that you must keep copies of the letters sent out and when sending the letters, use registered mail. Expedite as delaying affects your rights as well as the outcome of results.<br />

There are however protests with regard to investment, managers or directors, worry about how the organization carries out its activities. The choice you make will depend on factors like nature of grievance, if the organization is public or private, location of the organization and the results you expect to get in the long run.<br />

If found breaking rules, the regulators in the various industries can re-evaluate conduct of these organizations and enforce action if necessary.
