Surely, two or more people exchanging ideas and helping in other will make the work efficient and fast. This is the reason why team building activities are very essential. They bring people together to build friendships that can spark great ideas in the future.<br />

Here are some of the team building activities and ice breakers you can use in the future. <br />

Two Facts and A Lie - This is a fantastic exercise for a group of people who do not know one another really well yet. Essentially, the theory is to have each individual state two truths and one lie about them. They need to write them down on a portion of paper that can't be seen or read by the others. And then, allow the people speak gently for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow them become familiar with one another by asking questions. The aim is to persuade people that the lie is true. You must not allow them uncover the lie you have written down on your paper. At the conclusion of time, all the members must gather together and make a circle. One by one, every member needs to state the 3 things they have written down and the objective of the others is to guess which one is the lie. This game is ideal for starting friendships and to enhance the communication within the group.<br />

Picture Pieces Game - This activity will train an organization working together. The concept is straightforward. Each group will get a very common picture puzzle and will also assign to produce a bigger version. What this means is that they need to produce the picture puzzle on your own having a bigger scale. Each team must have one leader - the one that will instruct and divide the duties one of the people. Following the activity, each group must present the puzzle and condition the things they learned from this. In each team, there must be an innovator who'll advice the group. There must be a mind that who'll divide the job among its people to attain efficiency. This activity will certainly train the people how important is results by themselves individual task and also to act as an organization for the task.<br />

The Great Egg Drop -This is one of the most popular team activities being done all over the world. It is great because it requires every member of the team to think and pitch in ideas on how to accomplish the challenge. They are expected to work together to achieve success - just like how every company wants their teams to be. The idea is to give every group several raw eggs and asking them to create a package that will protect the egg from breaking and can withstand an 8-foot drop. Every team will be tasked to create a strategy and a design which will later on be presented in front of all the other teams. After the presentation, each team has to drop their egg. Striving to achieve success will fire up every team and the members.<br />
