Words such as "free", "amazing", "smashing", create a strong, positive image in your prospects mind, so focus on using them. Banner ad copy must be very, very tight with no wasted words. Never outright copy someone else's banner, but there is nothing wrong from getting ideas and inspiration from them.<br />

You're also going to test and rotate banners so you can optimize them for conversions. You also want to offer a fresh perspective to your target audience after a while. After a few hundred thousand impressions, your ads can get ineffective, which is why you should change them and bring in a new design to increase the response.<br />
