Once you have exhausted yourself from grieving whatever is lost, after you are able to face the world again. Here is the stage if you pick yourself up, one piece at any given time.<br />

Even though the pain might still be around, you might be certainly, wanting to move forward. Maybe it's about time you speak to your friends and let them know that you are okay. Or simply, you can just start by having coffee outside the home or taking your dog out for a walk. Take action that signifies a new start.<br />
