Site Talk success seekers: Want to dominate and build a HUGE business?

If you wish to become a top earner, it's vital you get way beyond merely talking to colleagues, associates, family and friends about your business..

You absolutely need to learn the #1 skill of all top earners: marketing to massive numbers of people at a time.

Read the rest of this article to learn several strategies top 2% earners are using to build large and lucrative businesses:

- Be At The Live Events

Showing up at company and industry events is one of the most critical things you can do to grow your Site Talk venture. Live events are those sponsored by Site Talk or others that bring network marketers and others together.

Live events have three critical benefits:

- Learning: You will learn important new skills from the leaders who train at live events. You are going to get better at skills such as marketing, recruiting and sponsoring.

- Make New Alliances: The people you meet in Site Talk and in other companies can change your life. You'll make friendships, some of which will last for years. You'll also meet people with whom you partner on business deals or joint ventures.

- Mindset Development: Live events will help you fashion the mentality of a top producer. This is by far the biggest benefit. Meeting people just like you who are successful in their Site Talk or other business will inspire you. Your belief in yourself will grow.

Top producers are born at live events. New people think it's optional to go to live events. They're the ones who always say, I can't afford it. Not surprisingly, these are the same people who never seem to make money.

Top earners are usually people who started going to live events when they barely had enough money to eat. Going to live events is not optional. It is critical. So which is it? Are you committed to doing what top producers do? Or do you want to stay broke?

- Keep Consistent

Be very consistent in your efforts to promote Site Talk. People new to marketing are usually extremely inconsistent. Instead of working consistently, they tend to work on their business infrequently. Rather than stick to a routine, they do different things every time they sit down to work. They will work one week, take a month off, work another week, and never establish a rhythm.

People like this always fail to profit in Site Talk and similar opportunities. In contrast, top earners are extremely consistent:

- We work on our businesses 5-6 days per week

- We ruthlessly focus on the same profit-creating activities every single day. These are driving web traffic, generating leads, and selling.

- Rather than abandon our businesses randomly, we plan vacations in advance.

Being consistent in your Site Talk business activities has several benefits:

- Efficiency: Through repetition, you will accomplish tasks more efficiently

- You establish momentum by staying in the game daily, and your energy and attitude improves

- Credibility: Generating daily results impresses prospects

- Speed of execution gets you to your goal more quickly. Consistency creates speed.

Devote time to your Site Talk business 5-6 days every week. Devote the time and don't settle for excuses about being too busy.

- Make Attrition A Non-Issue

More than 80 percent of the people in your Site Talk organization will quit the business within the first year. People in companies such as Site Talk are usually taught two methods to solve their attrition issue. But each strategy has problems.

1) Method one is to assist new Site Talk distributors to make money right away, so they get an early taste of success and want to stick around. By attempting to get every new Site Talk distributor making money right away, you end up devoting a HUGE amount of time on the people least capable of sponsoring new Site Talk reps themselves. This takes focus away from your best people, the top 20% of your Site Talk downline that will drive 80% of all your income. By focusing on the wrong people, you foster dependency.

2) The other common approach is get your Site Talk team members to feel connected to your team, so the interpersonal connections and sense of belonging the person feels overcomes frustrations that might otherwise make them quit. Live team events, Site Talk team conference calls, and one-on-one coaching can foster a sense of team. This approach can get people to rely on you to motivate them. Many of your weaker-performing team members will stick around because they like being part of the team...But these people will NOT sponsor others by themselves routinely into Site Talk and will require LOTS of team support in order to stay in the game.

You're a business owner, not a group therapist. A totally different approach to addressing attrition is not to try to increase retention, but to make attrition almost irrelevant to your business. To make attrition less of a problem, promote affiliate products to your prospects, which can easily add more than 10 affiliate income streams to your business. By diversifying your revenue sources, you are not as reliant on Site Talk for income. When you depend less on your downline for income, attrition matters less. Another solution to your attrition problem is to promote a high ticket direct sales opportunity (sometimes called a top tier) that pays commissions of $1000 or more per sale. Traditional network marketing opportunities like Site Talk pay out only about $60-$120 per new signup, so you must develop a large team and residual check to make a substantial income. When you earn $800+ per sign up, you effectively earn 2-3 years worth of residuals up front, regardless whether your new signup endures for 6 days or 6 years. This makes retention a non-issue.
