The shelves and cabinets is the other alternative to use in the offices where there is so much filing to do. The cabinets have sections to store the files according to the alphabetical order naming them. This makes the retrieval of the files easy saving so much time.<br />

The cabinets and shelves are secure as they have a lock to protect the files. The corsets for example are spin able thus, one can spin through as they check for the file they need. They are also able to accommodate so many files under one roof thus saving on space.<br />
