The fast moving consumer goods industry is really living up to its name at the moment. Consumer products are more in demand than ever which means satisfying the demand is a job that is both essential and urgent. <br />

It is easy to see how quick consumer goods sell, being able to place a product on a shelf in a supermarket requires lots of work by a wide range of different people. There are lots of different roles within the industry therefore it is a very attractive area to work in. <br />

Areas such as marketing, sales and HR all fit into the FMCG industry and there are many many other areas to choose to work in. The fast moving consumer goods industry has lots of big named brands that make up the industry. <br />

Some of the most recognisable brands are included within the FMCG Industry. The industry is worth millions of pounds and is made up of different household products. The products are referred to as being 'fast moving' due to the fact that they are often highly perishable and include things such as milk, alcohol, fruit and veg and cleaning products. <br />

There are lots of different graduate jobs that are available within the FMCG industry. There are often specific positions for graduates in areas such as sales, marketing and management. Graduates working within the FMCG Industry often begin their careers as part of a training role. The industry is very competitive for graduates and on average there are 120 applications for every position advertised. <br />
<br />
If you have recently graduated and are hoping to begin a career within the FMCG industry then registering with a recruiter that specialises in FMCG will help. Your CV will be brought to the top of the pile if you work with a recruiter. Considering there are around 120 applications per job role it makes sense to use an agency to sell yourself. <br />

It makes sense to register with an agency if you are serious about starting a careers in this interesting and evolving industry.<br />
