Are you following all the company training, but still struggling? Then read on. You'll see why you might be stuck. It's not too late to turn your business around. If you are not struggling, the info in this review could help you propel your business to a much higher level and help your team.

How this Ludaxx Review is Different Please note that I am not building a business in this company. In this review, I am trying to be impartial and unbiased.

Do any search about this company, and you'll find lots of generic articles about the company and it's products. Usually, you'll also find a simplistic overview of the compensation plan.

I'm going to skip all that hoopla and just say this: Ludaxx has their act together and is a great company to be a part of. The home office is staffed by good people. The corporate leaders have a solid plan for the company's growth. The products are top-notch and reliable. They have what some consider a fair compensation plan. But the truth is, none of this has any impact on your ability to succeed here.

When you're unable to have success in this company, don't forget you're not alone. New people are becoming a member of the business every single day. Almost everyone signs up with a rush of positive passion. They want to be successful. Many people want this to be "the answer". For a few, success should come swiftly. For some, this may not provide them the results they desire.

The items below are in no particular order. They are just a few of the top reasons people struggle in the industry, and this company in particular.

Leading Reasons People Struggle in this Company.

1. They say they are working, but really aren't.

This was a problem I had when I got started in the business. I told people I was doing a lot, but really wasn't. You need to be tracking your activities and writing down the results so you can see what you've actually done each week. You need to be honest about what you're really doing in this business every day.

"Work" in the business involves showing your company presentation to people. "Showing your company presentation" means getting someone to look at an online video, watch a DVD, call a toll-free sizzle number, or attend a local meeting. Face it. If you aren't doing anything to show the business every day, you aren't working your business. You've got a hobby. Some people want to "get organized" before they get started. Stop it! You're just avoiding the work. Start where you are and make something happen.

2. They're too timid and worried about what others think.

Stop worrying about what others think. Just do. Take ownership of your life. You have the deal. For heaven's sake, act like it!

Think about it. There are already lots of things in your life that other people don't agree with. If someone said "I don't like the way you treat your dog," you probably wouldn't care what they thought. You probably don't care what people think about the books you read, do you? You probably don't care what other people think about how you spend your vacation time. Don't be concerned with what someone thinks about you or your business. They might just be secretly impressed that you're taking your life in a positive direction.

3. They are trying to get their team members to get to work, instead of getting to work themselves.

Why does this happen? Because you find it easier to manage people and be helpful than to find new people for the business. In the beginning, you must learn to control your urge to manage your recruits. Get them started, plug them into the company system, and then move on to find new people.

This is an easy trap to fall into, especially if there is no one else geographically close to you who is building the business. Unfortunately, you're not a leader simply because you sponsored a few people. That's where the problem becomes apparent. Once you've recruited a few people, they start looking up to you, and you suddenly feel obligated to help. But here's the fact: you're not a leader until people start duplicating the same things you are doing. You're a leader by setting a vision of where you want the business to go, and getting people to follow you.

Final Thoughts in this Ludaxx Review

There are a lot more reasons people struggle to sponsor anyone. I only had room for a few in this article. If you someone you know in the descriptions above (maybe yourself!), realize that the first step to ending struggle is awareness of your flaws. The majority of challenges you are facing in this business are the results of your beliefs about other people or about the business. Once you get your thinking on these topics adjusted correctly, you can achieve amazing success in this company and the industry.

The way to success is to stop treating the business like a hobby. Work it every day finding new prospects. Host or attend weekly meetings and bring guests. If you simply do that part-time for at least 3 years, you could build a business that will allow you to quit your full-time job.
