Let them know about the mail you sent and ask for their thoughts or even if they've seen it. It's little things like this that convert someone thinking about doing business with you into a paying customer.<br />

Direct mail is not dead by any stretch of the imagination. Don't listen to anybody who says this to you. The thing is that most people have forgotten all about it in search of shinier products that promise instant gratification. You never know, the right piece of direct mail can take your business from "how hum" to "holy cow!"<br />
